2. Our commitment
We are committed to a high standard of craftsmanship and customer care. If you have any problem, we will do our best to put it right, and we welcome feedback that helps us improve.
3. Placing an order
When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. A contract between us is formed when we confirm your order by email.
We make every effort to show our leathers accurately. Hand-antiqued leather is a natural material, so colour, grain and markings vary slightly from hide to hide and from screen to screen. We are happy to send free leather samples before you order.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
You can pay in one of three ways:
- 30% deposit by debit or credit card. Pay 30% of the order value when you order. The balance must be paid before your piece is dispatched. We will contact you when it is ready.
- Byline 0% finance. Subject to status and approval. Byline's terms apply.
- Klarna Pay in 3. Subject to status. Klarna's terms apply.
Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details.
5. Delivery
Delivery times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates, and we will keep you informed of any delay.
6. Cancelling your order
Studio Collection pieces bought online: you can cancel at any time before dispatch, and for 14 days after delivery. Full details are in our Returns and Refunds policy.
Custom-size and made-to-specification pieces: these are made to your requirements. You may cancel within 5 working days of placing your order, and we will refund your payment less a £50 administration fee. After this, the order cannot be cancelled or changed. If you have exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will help where we can.
7. Guarantee
Every Studio piece comes with our 5-year guarantee and complimentary 5-year accidental damage protection, as described on our 5-Year Guarantee page. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
9. Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this website when you placed it.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.
