How long will my Chesterfield take to arrive?
Every Studio piece is handcrafted to order in our workshop. Delivery is currently 4 to 6 weeks from your order. We will call you in advance to book a date that suits you.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to mainland UK is £85 for one item, £125 for two, £140 for three and £175 for four. This includes our two-man team bringing your piece to the room of your choice, unwrapping it and taking the packaging away. Some postcodes carry a higher charge. See our Delivery page for details.
Do you deliver outside mainland UK?
Yes. For the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and addresses outside the UK, please call us on 0161 667 9560 for a quote before ordering.
Can I see the leather before I order?
Yes. We will post you free samples of Antique Brown, Antique Green and Antique Rosso so you can see the colours and feel the leather at home. Order your free samples.
Can I visit your showroom?
You are very welcome to see the Studio Collection in person at Linnyshaw Mill, 260 Manchester Road, Worsley, Manchester M28 3TR. Please call 0161 667 9560 to book a private viewing.
How can I pay?
You can pay a 30% deposit by debit or credit card and the balance before your piece is dispatched. You can also spread the cost with Byline 0% finance or Klarna Pay in 3, both subject to status.
What does the 5-year guarantee cover?
Every piece comes with our 5-year warranty on the complete product and complimentary 5-year accidental damage protection, covering structural defects, rips, scratches and stains. Both are independently insured, with nothing to pay if you claim. See the full guarantee.
Can I return my Chesterfield?
For Studio Collection pieces bought online, you can cancel your order for up to 14 days after delivery. Pieces made to your own dimensions cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Read our returns policy.
Can you make a Chesterfield in a custom size?
Yes. Our workshop can adjust the dimensions of most pieces. Use the custom size enquiry on any product page, or contact us with the measurements you need, and we will come back to you with a price and lead time.
How do I care for my leather?
Dust or wipe your furniture every few weeks, and treat the leather with a conditioner every few months to keep it supple. We send a complimentary Staingard care kit with your order. Avoid long periods in direct sunlight, which can fade the leather.
Why does my leather look slightly different from the photos?
Our leather is hand-antiqued natural hide, so every piece has its own character, with small variations in colour and grain. Screens also show colours differently. Our free samples show the true colour and finish.
