Delivery

Every Chesterfield Studio piece is delivered by our specialist two-man furniture team, so it arrives in perfect condition and ends up exactly where you want it.

What our delivery includes

A call in advance to book a delivery date that suits you
A 3-hour delivery window on the day
Delivery to the room of your choice
Unwrapping and inspection with you
Removal of all packaging
Light assembly, where needed

Delivery times

Each Studio piece is handcrafted to order in our British workshop. Current delivery time for the Studio Collection is 4 to 6 weeks from order.

These are estimates. Occasionally raw materials such as leather or timber are delayed at source. If this affects your order, we will contact you straight away with an updated date.

For IV and KW postcodes, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and deliveries outside the UK, please call 0161 667 9560 for a quote before ordering.

On the day: please check before the team leaves

Check the packaging is sealed and undamaged before signing.
If you unwrap the piece yourself, take care with blades and sharp tools.
Once it is in place, look over the finish, stitching and any assembled parts.
If you notice anything wrong, call us on 0161 667 9560 while the team is still with you, so they can help straight away.
Write any damage on the delivery note before signing.
Keep your signed delivery note. Your 5-year guarantee starts from the delivery date.

If you spot a problem after the team has left, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will help. This does not affect your legal rights.
