Material Selection
We source only the finest full-grain leather from European tanneries. Each hide is carefully inspected for quality, texture, and character. Only the best materials make it to our workshop.
Frame Construction
Our master craftsmen hand-build the frame using solid hardwood. Each joint is precision-cut and assembled without nails—only traditional joinery techniques. The frame is then stress-tested for stability.
Padding & Comfort
High-density foam is carefully layered and hand-stitched to the frame. We use eight-way hand-tied springs for superior support and longevity. The padding is sculpted to ensure ergonomic comfort.
Leather Application
Our leather specialists carefully stretch and hand-stitch the leather to the frame. Each seam is perfectly aligned, and every detail is stitched by hand. The leather is then treated with premium conditioners.
Quality Inspection
Every piece undergoes a rigorous final inspection. Our team checks every seam, stitch, and joint. Only pieces that meet our exacting standards are packaged and shipped to your home.
